This is a post about the letter Eric Shaw sent to all employees. It was the first letter he sent after he became the Acting President due to the untimely passing of past president Gerry Sawyer. Eric did not consult the full board about this letter and I did not know about it before it was sent and only am aware of the letter now from another owner.
