Jim elected president. Eric misses lasts chance to do the right thing. Harry Waldman pointed to board.

Eric decided he needed to resign from the board and as president.
He has left the board and the Chalfonte in turmoil and divided by his actions after he became acting president. He caused the problem and could have prevented it all along the way.
He could have admitted he made a mistake by not allowing Nancy and Jeff to vote for the empty board seat before his resignation and that Jim was not elected to the board by 2 to 4 but the vote was 4 to 4.
But instead he maneuvered to have Jim elected president and Harry Waldman elected to the board.
He would not even allow discussio before the vote. He did this using the 5 vote majority on the board including his vote hours before his resignation and  Jim's vote as though his election is not being disputed or 4 board members are in arbitration.
